You retain all ownership rights in your User Content, but you grant PartyMania.in a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your User Content in connection with the operation of PartyMania.in. 3.2 You agree that your User Content will not be illegal, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise offensive. 4. Booking Parties

4.1 PartyMania.in provides a platform for users to book party experiences with partner venues and organizers (“Party Providers”).

4.2 All bookings are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the Party Provider. PartyMania.in is not responsible for any cancellations, changes, or other issues related to the booked party.

4.3 You are responsible for paying all booking fees and any other applicable charges.

4.4 You agree to comply with all Party Provider rules and regulations, including age restrictions, dress code, and alcohol consumption policies.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

PartyMania.in is provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied. PartyMania.in disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. PartyMania.in does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

6. Limitation of Liability

PartyMania.in will not be liable for any damages, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or related to your use of PartyMania.in.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PartyMania.in, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of PartyMania.in or your violation of these Terms.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Nashik, India, in accordance with the arbitration rules of the Indian Arbitration Act, 1996.

PartyMania.in reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms on the platform. You are responsible for reviewing the Terms regularly. Your continued use of PartyMania.in after the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
