The Solution :

 

To fix this, use a voltage regulator to ensure your ESP32 always receives a stable voltage. For example, a 5V USB charger can supply inconsistent voltage, so using a 5V to 3.3V regulator is a simple solution. This keeps the voltage stable even when power sources fluctuate.

 

Sample Calculation : 

 

Suppose you’re using a 5V source to power your ESP32.

You need to drop it to a steady 3.3V. If your ESP32 draws 100mA, the power consumed can be calculated by:

P=V×I=3.3V×0.1A=0.33W

Make sure your voltage regulator can handle the required power without overheating.
